At Wmjunk, we hold our product quality to the highest standards. Wmjunk is an e-commerce brand owned and operated by WM Junk Removal LLC. Please review our strict return and refund guidelines below before making a purchase.

## All Sales Are Final (No Returns for Change of Mind)
Due to the fast processing times of our US warehouses, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size/color, or provide an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check your order details carefully before checking out. 

## Eligibility for Defective or Damaged Items Only
We only accept returns or provide replacements if the item arrives strictly defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. You must contact us at wmjunk1985@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to report any issues. 

To start a claim, please include:
1. Your Order Number
2. Clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect of the product.

Once your request is reviewed and officially approved by our support team, we will ship a brand-new, high-quality replacement product to you.

## Return Shipping Costs & Corporate Address
If a physical return is requested by our support team, you will be required to ship the item back to our corporate registration facility. 

**Important:** Customers are fully responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You must use a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

## Refunds & Exchanges
* If approved due to warehouse error or product defect, a brand-new replacement is our primary solution.
* Cash refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances and will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
* The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a replacement for the damaged item, or make a separate purchase for a new item.

## European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, consumers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days under EU compliance regulations. The item must be completely unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
